Delivery Info

At Doggielicious we aim to ensure that your dog receives the freshest possible treats, hence all orders are baked by us as and when they are received.  We aim to have your treats delivered to you within 7 working days (N.B. Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days). At very busy periods, such as Christmas, this timeframe may be longer, so we recommend ordering in advance to minimise any delays.  If we cannot deliver within the timeframe we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you require a specific date then please let us know within the comment box on the checkout page.  Whilst we will do everything within our power to meet the date we can’t guarantee if it is outside the 7 working days timeframe.

If you have any special delivery instructions please mention this in the comment box too.

When your order is ready to be sent we will let you know by e-mail.

Your order will be sent to the address quoted by you on your order form.  Doggielicious is not liable for any orders which are sent to an incorrectly given address (Please note we cannot delivery to PO Box addresses).

All orders are sent 1st Class Post by the Royal Mail.  Please note that proof of posting is obtained for every package and is available on request. 

Charges

The delivery and packing charge will be calculated by the combined weight and size of your order. 

Orders over £75.00 are free to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles.

International deliveries – for orders outside the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Isles please contact us for further details by email.

Cancellations

Orders maybe cancelled within 24 hours of the original order unless it is a personalised order, the order is in the process of being made or has been sent.

Returns

We hope that you’re happy with your treats, but we also understand that sometimes this may not be the case so, if you wish to make a return, please email us within 7 days, at sales@doggielicioustreats.com stating your order number, your full contact details and the reason for returning the treat. The treats should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging via a secure carrier.  We will confirm receipt to you by email.  If the treat is returned without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost will be made to your account minus any postage costs incurred by Doggielicious.  If you receive a faulty treat, or we have sent something in error, we will ensure an immediate refund or a replacement will be offered.  Please note your statutory rights are not affected.
