Acceptance of Terms and Use of this Website
By using Doggielicious website you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Continued use of the website and/or ordering a treat from the website shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change.
Doggielicious may vary any item or part of the website, including policies, terms and products. New treats may be added. If any of the Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
Ordering Treats and Payment
Selecting any of the treats advertised on this website is done by following the procedure set out within this website.
An order is deemed concluded once received once payment has been accepted by Doggielicious. Acceptance of the order is provided in the form of an e-mail. Doggielicious is not obliged to fulfil any order and shall, at its sole discretion be permitted to elect not to comply with any order.
Payment for our products is processed via our Business Account with PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account for this process as there is also an option to transmit details of your payment card, securely, via the PayPal systems. Whilst Doggielicious will use its best endeavours and has been advised by PayPal that use of the system is secure, Doggielicious accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure in the secure online payment system.
Delivery
The delivery and packing charge will be calculated by the combined weight and size of your order. This will be displayed once you proceed to the checkout option.
International deliveries – for orders outside the Isle of Man, United Kingdom and Channel Isles please contact us for further details by email.
Doggielicious aims to ensure that your dog receives the freshest possible treats, hence all orders are baked by us as and when they are received. Doggielicious aims to have your treats delivered to you within 7 working days (N.B. Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days). At very busy periods, such as Christmas, this timeframe maybe longer, so we recommend ordering in advance to minimise any delays. If Doggielicious cannot deliver within the timeframe we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you require a specific date then please let us know within the comment box on the checkout page, and whilst Doggielicious will do everything within our power to met the date we can’t guarantee if it is outside the 7 working days timeframe.
If you have any special delivery instructions please mention this in the comment box too.
When your order is ready to be sent we will let you know by e-mail.
Your order will be sent to the address quoted by you on your order form. Doggielicious is not liable for any orders which are sent to an incorrectly given address (Please note we cannot delivery to PO Box addresses).
All deliveries 1st Class and are made either by the Royal Mail. Please note that proof of posting is obtained for every package and is available on request.
Cancellations
Orders maybe cancelled within 24 hours of the original order. Exceptions to this are, if it is a personalised order, the order is in the process of being made or has been sent.
Returns
We hope that you’re happy with your treats, but we also understand that sometimes this may not be the case. If you wish to make a return, please email us, within 7 days, at sales@doggielicioustreats.com stating your order number, your full contact details and the reason for returning the treat. The treat/s should then be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging via a secure manner. We will confirm receipt of it to you by email. If the treat is returned without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost of it will be made back to your account minus any postage costs incurred by Doggielicious. If you receive a faulty treat, or we have sent something in error, we will ensure an immediate refund or a replacement will be offered. Please note your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy Policy
Doggielicious is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of the information you have provided very seriously. Every precaution is taken to ensure your transaction is secure and that all your personal and account details are held on a secure web server. Doggielicious will not disclose your information to any third parties, except for the purpose of delivery.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights contained in this website and any of its content, design, text, graphics, and any software or source codes connected with this website, belongs to Doggielicious. Customers are limited to only downloading or printing pages from the website for own personal use. Customers are not permitted to make any modification to the website. If a customer forwards any pages from the website to a third party for their personal use, no modifications may be made and an acknowledgement should be made that the extract forwarded is from Doggielicious website. Customers are not entitled to incorporate any part of this website in any other work or publication without the prior written consent.
Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court or competent jurisdiction, then such a term or condition shall be severed. However the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Jurisdiction
We do not warrant that products for sale on this website are appropriate or available for use outside the British Isles. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the British Isles, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
